By using this form, our users can submit their request to delete their account and data.
You can always cancel your subscription through your provider. For cancelling your subscription, please visit your provider’s account page.
Users will find a “Delete Account” option in their mobile app (Settings > Profile). Deleting your account through your app will be very fast. Account Deletion by this form will take time for security purposes. We will need a confirmation before the final deletion.
Before requesting the deletion, please check your subscription with our platform. Once we process your account deletion, you will not be able to recover your subscription. If you still have time with Premium subscription, we suggest you to enjoy your remaining days before deleting your account and data.
We will not delete any data if it is required by a legal authority. Your personal identifiers and activity data will be deleted. We will not be able to identify your personal data once this process is completed.
For future correspondance related to your subscriptions, we will need a Transaction No.
